Ottawa, Ontario

You’ll find Ottawa nestled at the junction of the Ottawa, Rideau, and Gatineau rivers in eastern Ontario. AsCanada’s capital, it blends stately landmarks and cultural institutions with vibrant, accessible neighbourhoods and natural beauty. 

This dynamic city is home to iconic sites like Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal— a UNESCO World Heritage Site— and world-class museums. In every season, Ottawa invites exploration: skate the frozen canal in winter, stroll tulip-filled gardens in spring, or bike along its extensive riverside trails in summer and fall. 

Just beyond the urban core, lush green spaces, forests, and the Gatineau Hills offer endless opportunities for hiking, kayaking, and scenic escapes—all within minutes of downtown.

As we are travelling within Canada, one valid identification document issued by a Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial government that includes your photo, full name and date of birth is required.

In mid-October, Ottawa is in the heart of autumn, offering crisp air and a spectacular display of fall colours. Day time temperatures typically range from 10°C to 15°C (50°F to 59°F), while evenings can dip to around 2°C to 5°C (36°F to 41°F), so layering is key.

For the business sessions, and evening event, smart casual is recommended.
